We recently celebrated the Summer Solstice with a dynamic practice followed by deep relaxation on the Sussex Downs, in the foothills of the Longman of Wilmington.

"It’s often said to be a time of new beginnings, with the changing season, we say goodbye to a long stagnant period of self reflection and welcome the fiery energy of the sun to propel us forward. "

To complete our reflection, join me by the log fire, on the Winter Solstice, 21st December in a practice to honour at time when the earth is titled away from the sun, our beings are in hibernation and to experience the perfect time to set intention.
